The Beginnings of Union Road
It all began in the mid 1950s when Billy Briggs invested everything he had to acquire a piece of property to raise his young family. With a loving wife and three kids. He took a job at a local sawmill to make enough money to buy the wood he needed to build him home. Little did he know this should start a 70+ year love affair with taking wood through its processes to build beautiful things.
